Cancellation Policy
We understand that your time is limited. Please let us know no less than 24 hours before your appointment if you have to cancel. Long appointments may result in a rebooking fee which will be applied to your rebooked appointment.
If we have to cancel on you, we will do our best to rebook you as soon as possible. You will have the choice to either wait for your artist or go with someone else for that one time.
Credit Card Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
As of February 1, 2022, we will no longer be running credit cards for cash back. Tips will be cash only.

Late Policy
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may need to adjust your appointment to not run into our next guest's time. If we happen to run late, we will call or text you and let you know.
Sick Policy
In the event that you could be experiencing ANY kind of sickness (coughing, sneezing, fever, etc.), we ask that you cancel and reschedule your appointment. The health of all of our guests and staff is of the utmost importance. If you are not feeling well and come in to your appointment visibly sick, we reserve the right to ask you to reschedule your appointment. We will work diligently to get you back in as quickly as possible.
